Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting
  • Engage with inbound leads and qualify their needs
  • Schedule demos and product walkthroughs for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaign messaging
  • Provide feedback on prospect pain points and objections

The Role

As our Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for service business owners who are ready to ditch their spreadsheets and sticky notes. Your job? Find them, connect with them, and show them there's a better way.

You'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to refine our outreach strategies, qualify inbound leads, and set the stage for meaningful conversations. This is a high-impact role where your efforts directly contribute to helping small businesses thrive.

What You'll Do

  • Hunt for opportunity: Research and identify service businesses that could benefit from WorkZen
  • Start conversations: Reach out via email, phone, and LinkedIn to spark interest
  • Qualify leads: Ask the right questions to understand pain points and business needs
  • Book meetings: Schedule product demos for our sales team
  • Iterate and improve: Track what's working, share insights, and refine our approach
  • Be the voice of the customer: Share feedback with product and marketing teams
