Refund and Cancellation Policy

Free Plan
Our free-forever plan requires no payment and can be used indefinitely. You may discontinue use of the free plan at any time by deleting your account. No refunds apply to the free plan as there are no charges.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
For all paid plans (ZenGrow and ZenAI), we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial subscription purchase. If you are not satisfied with our Service within the first 14 days, you may request a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your refund request must be submitted within 14 days of your initial payment.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- The refund request is made within 14 days of the initial subscription payment.
- This is your first subscription to WorkZen. Refunds are not available for renewals or subsequent subscription periods.
- The Service has not been used in violation of our Terms and Conditions.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team at support@workzen.io with the subject line "Refund Request."
- Include your account email address and subscription details.
- Briefly explain the reason for your refund request (optional but helpful for improving our Service).
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Cancellation of Subscription
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@workzen.io. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
- Your account will automatically downgrade to the free plan at the end of your billing period unless you delete your account entirely.
No Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for cancellations made after the 14-day refund period. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle, but no refund will be issued for the unused portion of that period.
