Jobber Pricing Explained: What It Costs in 2026

Jobber's pricing page looks simple: pick a plan, pick your team size, pick how you want to pay. Then you notice the price in the ad was an annual prepaid promo, the feature you wanted lives one plan up, and hiring your sixth technician moves you into the next team-size tier. None of this is unusual for field service software, but it does mean the number in your head and the number on your first invoice can be far apart.
This guide breaks down what Jobber actually costs as of September 2026, what you get on each plan, the costs people tend to miss, and an honest take on when it is worth it. All prices below are in US dollars (USD), pulled from Jobber's own pricing page in September 2026. Jobber changes pricing from time to time, so treat their site as the final word.
One more thing before we start: Jobber is a good product. It has been around since 2011, the mobile app is polished, and the client-facing experience is among the best in the industry. This is not a hit piece. It is the math.
Jobber Plans at a Glance (September 2026)
As of September 2026, Jobber sells three plans (Core, Connect and Grow) and prices each by team size: 1, 5, 10 or 15 users, with a quote above 15. Billed annually, Core is $29 a month for one user, Connect $99 to $299, and Grow $149 to $399. Paying month to month costs more.
| Plan | Team size | Month-to-month | 1-year commitment, billed monthly | Billed annually |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Core | 1 user | $49/mo | $39/mo | $29/mo ($348/yr) |
| Connect | 1 user | $139/mo | $119/mo | $99/mo |
| Connect | 5 users | $199/mo | $169/mo | $149/mo |
| Connect | 10 users | $299/mo | $259/mo | $229/mo |
| Connect | 15 users | $399/mo | $339/mo | $299/mo |
| Grow | 1 user | $199/mo | $169/mo | $149/mo |
| Grow | 5 users | $299/mo | $259/mo | $229/mo |
| Grow | 10 users | $399/mo | $349/mo | $299/mo |
| Grow | 15 users | $499/mo | $429/mo | $399/mo ($4,788/yr) |
All prices in USD, as of September 2026, from getjobber.com/pricing. Core is sold for 1 user only; larger teams on any plan are quoted ("Let's chat"). Regular prices shown; see the note on the introductory offer below.
Two changes from earlier in 2026 matter. First, the old Plus plan no longer appears on the pricing page, and a 15-user Grow plan now sits at the old Plus price points. Second, the flat "$29 per extra user" line is gone: you pick a team-size tier instead, so the price moves in steps of 5 users.
Jobber was also running an introductory offer ending September 30, 2026: up to 40% off the first 12 months on annual billing (Core at $21, Connect at $70 for 1 user, Grow at $105 for 1 user) and discounted first three months on monthly billing. Budget with the regular prices above, because that is what you pay from year two.
The 14-day free trial gives you full Grow plan access and does not require a credit card.
What Each Plan Actually Gets You
The plan names do not tell you much, so here is the practical version.
Core: the basics, for one person
Core covers scheduling, quoting, invoicing with online payments, basic reporting, and access to Jobber's app marketplace. At $29/mo annual it is a fair price for a solo operator who wants to look professional, and it is the cheapest paid plan for one person among the big three.
The catch is what is missing: no automated reminders, no automatic payment collection, no QuickBooks Online sync, no quote follow-ups. Those all live in Connect. Core is also 1 user only, so the day you hire, you are shopping for Connect.
Connect: where the automation lives
Connect adds the features most growing businesses actually buy Jobber for: automated client reminders, automatic payment collection, job forms and checklists, automated quote and invoice follow-ups, QuickBooks Online sync, and time and expense tracking.
At $149/mo annual for 5 users, Connect is the plan where Jobber's value story is strongest. It is the same price as Housecall Pro Essentials for the same 5 users as of September 2026.
Grow: sales tools and job costing
Grow adds quote add-ons like optional line items and image-rich quotes, automatic location timers, job costing, two-way SMS, and a custom automation builder.
This plan is aimed at businesses that sell, not just schedule: if upselling on quotes and tracking per-job profitability matter to you, this is where Jobber starts to resemble the bigger enterprise tools. At 15 users and $399/mo annual ($499 month to month) you are in the territory where you should also be quoting Service Fusion (unlimited users) and even entry-level ServiceTitan before deciding.
The Costs People Miss
The plan price is the start, not the total. Here is what typically gets added on top.
1. Team-size steps: hiring changes the tier
Jobber no longer adds users one at a time on its pricing page. You buy a 1, 5, 10 or 15-user tier. On Connect with annual billing, going from 5 to 6 users moves you from $149/mo to $229/mo, an $80 jump for one hire. Going from 10 to 11 moves you from $229 to $299. Seat creep used to be $29 at a time; now it is a step every 5 users, so time your plan changes with your hiring.
2. Add-ons
Three of Jobber's most-advertised capabilities are paid add-ons, not plan features:
- Marketing Suite (review management, campaigns)
- AI Receptionist (answers calls and texts, can book jobs)
- Pipeline (lead and quote tracking)
As of September 2026 the pricing page lists these add-ons without prices. In August 2026 they were listed at $79, $29 and $49 a month. Ask for current prices during the trial, in writing, before you compare Jobber to anything else.
3. Payment processing
Jobber Payments charges, as of September 2026: 2.9% + 30 cents per card transaction, 2.7% + 30 cents for tap-to-pay, and 1% for ACH bank payments. Instant payouts cost an extra 1%.
These rates are industry-standard, not a gotcha. But on $400,000 of annual card volume, 2.9% + fees is roughly $12,000 a year, which dwarfs the software subscription itself. If most of your clients pay by card, the processing line deserves more attention than the plan price.
4. The annual vs monthly gap
The prices Jobber advertises most prominently are annual prepaid rates. Month-to-month is up to 69% more on Core ($29 vs $49) and 25% more on a 15-user Grow plan ($399 vs $499). Annual prepay is a genuine discount, but it means paying $348 to $4,788 up front, and the initial payment is non-refundable if you cancel. The middle option, a 1-year commitment billed monthly, spreads the cost but still locks you in for 12 months. Budget with the column that matches how you will actually pay.
Realistic Monthly Totals by Business Size
Putting it together, here is what Jobber tends to cost in practice at September 2026 regular prices (annual billing first, month to month in brackets):
| Business | Likely setup | Realistic monthly cost |
|---|---|---|
| Solo operator | Core, 1 user | $29 ($49) |
| 3-person crew | Connect, 5-user tier | $149 ($199) |
| 8-person team | Connect, 10-user tier | $229 ($299) |
| 8-person team, selling bigger jobs | Grow, 10-user tier | $299 ($399) |
| 15-person operation | Grow, 15-user tier | $399 ($499) |
| 16+ people | Any plan | Quote |
All figures in USD. Add-ons and payment processing come on top of all of these.
Is Jobber Worth It? An Honest Assessment
For established teams of 5 to 15: usually yes. Connect and Grow are priced competitively against Housecall Pro (Essentials at $149/mo annual for 5 users as of September 2026) and Workiz (still quote-based as of September 2026, with third-party sources reporting roughly $200 to $350/mo as of August 2026). Jobber's automations, QuickBooks sync, and client experience are mature and genuinely reduce admin work. If you will use what the plan includes, the money is well spent.
For solo operators and 2-3 person teams: it depends. Core is affordable but light on automation and limited to one user, so a 2-person crew jumps straight to the 5-user Connect tier at $149/mo annual. This is the segment where tier gating stings most, and where free or cheaper alternatives deserve a look before you commit.
For larger operations (15+): Jobber works, but above 15 users it is a quote, and you are entering the range where unlimited-user pricing (Service Fusion starts at $192/mo annual, $225 month to month, with unlimited users as of September 2026) or enterprise depth (ServiceTitan, quote-only) can make more sense. Get more than one quote.
How Jobber Compares on Price
Here is the honest side-by-side, all prices in USD as of September 2026 from each vendor's pricing page:
| Jobber | WorkZen | Housecall Pro | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free plan | No (14-day trial) | Yes, free forever, up to 3 users | No (14-day trial) |
| Entry paid plan (annual) | $29/mo, 1 user (Core) | $59/mo, 8 users (ZenGrow) | $59/mo, 1 user (Basic) |
| 5 users (annual) | $149/mo (Connect) | $59/mo (ZenGrow, 8 users) | $149/mo (Essentials) |
| Top standard plan (annual) | $399/mo, 15 users (Grow) | $149/mo, 15 users (ZenAI) | $299/mo, 8 users (Max), then $35/user |
| Month to month | $49 to $499 | $71 / $179 | $79 / $189 / $329 |
| Beyond the top tier | Quote above 15 users | Above 15 seats, priced with the WorkZen team | $35/user/mo on Max |
| Card processing | 2.9% + 30¢ | 2.4%, and you choose how much of it to pass to the client | From 2.59% |
| AI phone answering | Add-on (price by request) | Separate AI Receptionist plan from $95/mo annual (500 min) | CSR AI add-on (price by request) |
| Lead capture tools | Pipeline add-on | Included: WordPress forms, landing pages, widgets | Basic |
WorkZen prices from workzen.io/pricing; WorkZen also bills in Canadian dollars for Canadian businesses (ZenGrow CA$79/mo and ZenAI CA$199/mo billed annually). Passing processing fees to clients applies where local surcharge rules allow. Housecall Pro details in our Housecall Pro pricing guide.
To be fair in both directions: Jobber has a larger integration ecosystem, a longer track record, and a client hub experience WorkZen does not match yet. WorkZen is the newer product. What WorkZen offers that Jobber structurally does not is a free-forever plan, more users per plan at a lower price, and built-in telephony and lead collection rather than add-ons.
The Bottom Line
Jobber's pricing is transparent once you know where to look: the plan and team-size tier set the floor, and add-ons and card processing set the ceiling. As of September 2026 a realistic Jobber budget runs from $29/mo for a solo operator on annual billing to $399/mo for a 15-person team on Grow, plus add-ons and roughly 3% of card revenue in processing.
If that math works for your business, Jobber is a safe, mature choice. If you are earlier in your journey, or the team-size steps feel like a tax on growth, it is worth comparing before you commit a year up front.
We built a detailed side-by-side for exactly that: WorkZen vs Jobber comparison. And if you want to try the free-forever route first, WorkZen's free plan covers up to 3 users and takes about two minutes to set up.
