How to connect Zoho Books to WorkZen

Go to Settings > Integrations > Zoho Books and click Connect Zoho Books. Authorize WorkZen on the Zoho page you're redirected to, and from then on your clients, invoices, estimates, and payments push to Zoho Books automatically as you create and update them.

If your accountant lives in Zoho Books, this integration ends double entry: run the business in WorkZen and your financial records appear in Zoho Books on their own.

Connect your account

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations and open Zoho Books.
  2. Click Connect Zoho Books.
  3. You are redirected to Zoho to sign in and authorize access, then brought back to WorkZen.

The page then shows Connected with your Zoho Organization and Data center, plus Test connection to verify it any time and Open Zoho Books for quick access.

One-way, WorkZen to Zoho Books. Edits made inside Zoho Books do not come back to WorkZen, and the Zoho copy is overwritten the next time that record syncs. WorkZen is the source of truth; Zoho Books is the ledger.

Disconnecting

Disconnect on the integration page stops the sync. Records already in Zoho Books stay there, nothing in WorkZen changes, and reconnecting later picks up where you left off.

    Open the Zoho Books integration page

    Go to Settings > Integrations and open Zoho Books.

    Connect and authorize

    Click Connect Zoho Books. You are redirected to Zoho to sign in and approve access, then returned to WorkZen.

    Work normally

    Clients, invoices, estimates, and payments push to Zoho Books automatically as you create and update them.
