See your day on the Scheduling Map

All plansBeginner4 minutesUpdated August 23, 2026

Open Map from the sidebar (under Operations). The Visits tab shows every scheduled visit for the selected day or week as a pin, colored by the assigned team member, with unassigned visits flagged in red. Click a pin or list row to jump to it, reassign a visit from its row actions, or use Select area to drag a rectangle and reassign every visit inside it at once.

The Scheduling Map is rolling out now. If you do not see Map in your sidebar yet, it has not reached your account, it is coming.

A calendar tells you when the day happens. The map tells you where, and whether the day makes geographic sense. Open Map in the sidebar under Operations and the Visits tab shows every scheduled visit for the day as a pin.

Reading the day

  • Pins are colored by the assigned team member, using the same colors as the scheduler, and numbered in time order.
  • Unassigned visits show a red pin with an exclamation mark, so uncovered work is impossible to miss.
  • Hover a visit in the list and its pin grows on the map; click to fly to it. Hover a pin for the visit's name, time, and crew without clicking.
  • Use the date picker and the Day / Week switch to change the window. Week view always covers Monday to Sunday.
  • The team member dropdown filters both the list and the pins, and it is the same filter you know from the scheduler. Unassigned appears as its own entry so you can view uncovered work alone.

If some visits have an address but no map location yet, the map says so with a count instead of silently hiding them. Addresses chosen from the suggestions are located instantly; typed addresses are located automatically shortly after saving.

Acting on what you see

Each visit row has quick actions:

  • Open visit shows the full visit window on top of the map, the same one the scheduler uses, with its notes, files, and actions.
  • Reassign opens the team picker. If live team tracking is on for your plan, the three nearest techs are suggested first with their distance from the visit.
  • Directions opens driving directions in Google Maps.

Reassign a whole area

Turn on Select area, then drag a rectangle on the map. Every visit inside it goes into one reassign window, where each row shows the visit's time and who it is currently assigned to, and you can remove any visit from the selection before committing. Choose Replace assignees to hand the work over, or Add to existing to add techs without removing the current crew, then assign all of them in one click.

That is the fastest way to say "this neighborhood belongs to Mike today."
