Manage payment methods and view your invoices

Go to Settings > Payment Methods to add cards, set which one is the default for your subscriptions, and view or download every WorkZen invoice as a PDF under Payment History.

One page covers everything about paying for WorkZen itself: Settings > Payment Methods.

Payment methods

Click Add Card (or Add Your First Card) and enter the card in the secure payment form. Each saved card shows its expiry, and one carries the Default badge, that's the card your subscriptions charge.

  • Set as Default moves the badge to another card.
  • Deleting a card is permanent (with a confirmation), and the page warns you when no default payment method is set, because that's how subscription payments start failing.
Tip

Card renewal choreography: add the new card, set it as default, then delete the old one. In that order, so there's never a gap for a renewal to fall into.

Payment history

Payment History on the same page lists every invoice WorkZen has issued you, with the amount, date, a View link, and a PDF download for your bookkeeper. Invoices appear automatically as your subscriptions bill.

These are the invoices WorkZen sends you, your platform plan, ZenPhone, and AI Receptionist charges. The invoices you send your clients live in Invoices, a different world entirely.
