Install the WorkZen mobile app

Search for WorkZen on the App Store (iPhone, iOS 17 or later) or Google Play (Android 8 or later), install it, and sign in with the same email and password you use on the web, or with Google or Apple. Your whole workspace is already there.

The office is wherever your team happens to be standing. The mobile app puts jobs, schedules, clients, invoices, and the time clock in their pocket, and it is included free on every plan.

Get it: open the App Store and search for WorkZen, or grab it directly: WorkZen on the App Store. It requires iOS 17 or later.

  1. Tap Get to install, then open the app.
  2. Sign in with your WorkZen email and password, or use Sign in with Apple or Google.
  3. Allow notifications when asked, this is how job assignments, new leads, and messages reach you in the field.
  4. Optional but worth it: enable Face ID sign-in in the app's settings, so opening the app takes a glance instead of a password.

Get your team on it

Everyone your admin invites can use the app with their own login, and sees exactly what their role allows: technicians get their assigned jobs, visits, and the time clock; admins and managers see the whole operation.

The practical rollout: install it during onboarding week, have each tech sign in once, and confirm notifications are on. A phone that does not ring about a new job assignment is just a flashlight.
