How To Set Up Your Company Profile and Settings

All plansBeginnerVideo, 1:31Updated August 7, 2026

Go to Settings > Company and fill in your logo, address, and business details; they appear on every client-facing document. Then use the Company Settings hub to configure the rest: financial defaults, roles, telephony, integrations, and your subscription, each in its own section.

Estimates with the wrong logo and invoices missing your address don't exactly scream "trustworthy professional." The company profile takes minutes to complete, and the Company Settings hub around it is where every business-wide switch lives. Here's the profile setup, then the map.

The profile: your public face

Go to Settings > Company and fill in:

  • Logo: appears on estimates, invoices, receipts, and client emails.
  • Basic information: legal name, address, and your tax registrations. Canadian businesses get GST/HST Number and QST Number fields alongside the Tax ID; fill them once and they print on your documents.
  • Contact information: main phone, a Secondary phone if you run two lines, email, and website.
  • Timezone: drives every schedule and timestamp your team sees.
  • Language: the default for client-facing documents and emails, independent of your dashboard language.
Warning

Country locks in once set: currency and available tax rates hang off it. Pick carefully the first time. Everything else stays editable forever.
